These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our text messaging service, website, and related services operated by Returned.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or using our SMS service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Our AI Assistant SMS service provides:

This service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate automated responses. AI responses may contain inaccuracies, "hallucinations," or inappropriate content. All AI-generated communications are monitored and may be reviewed by human staff. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of AI responses for your use case.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

To use our service:

  • You must have legal authority to enter into this agreement

  • You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchase

  • You understand that standard message and data rates apply

3.3 Opt-Out Procedures

How to Stop Messages

You can opt out at any time through any reasonable method:

  • Reply to any message with "stop" or "unsubscribe"

Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. You may receive one final confirmation message.

  • AI may produce "hallucinations" or false information
  • Service context helps provide personalized assistance but is not perfect

  • The AI cannot provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
  • You must evaluate all AI responses for accuracy and appropriateness

21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Mandatory Arbitration

Most disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration, not court litigation or class actions. You have 30 days to opt out.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Returned.com is headquartered.

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service must be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except small claims court actions, intellectual property disputes, and requests for injunctive relief.

Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms by emailing [email protected] with your full legal name and clear statement of intent to opt out.

Class Action Waiver

You waive the right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only.
